How do I turn a f*** buddy into a boyfriend?

I'd say there's always a tiny chance you can turn a f*ck buddy into a relationship. Unfortunately that is one damn tiny chance and most of the time, it doesn't happen. I've tried that approach with a guy who didn't even like me as more, thinking he may get to know me a bit and change his mind...not at all. He bailed when things got complicated, leaving me feeling stupid and played; even though I'd set myself up for it, which just made me feel worse.

I'm guessing he's been enjoying the casualness of this relationship as much as you have, however his feelings may have changed. Originally, he may have agreed to this because he just wanted to be with you some kind of way. However, you've turned this into a purely sexual relationship and that may be all he sees it as now. He may even still think he likes you and agree to try a relationship with you just to find out that those feelings are no longer there.

So, I'd say cut it off with this guy. Give it some time and space and continue getting to know each other etc without the sexual stuff. If he has similar feelings for you, they will be there; if not, he'll stop being interested when you stop giving him unattached sex and you'll have your answer.
