What am I doing wrong, am I too picky?

I'm 21, getting ready to start my 4th year of college, and have never had a boyfriend or been on a date. I'm not really in shape, but I'm not I horribly overweight. I have loads of friends, go out at least twice a week, usually more like 3 times a week. I'm wondering if maybe I'm giving off some sort of vibe or something. All of my friends seem surprised when they find out I've never dated. Family members have offered to set me up, but their idea of the "perfect" guy for me is way off base of what I like. (my cousin wanted to set me up with a guy that was a total pothead with a dead end job) I'm not looking for someone to just hook up with, I want a relationship. Am I being too picky, or should I just go with the flow of life and eventually I'll find what I want?
