Me and my best friend got drunk and kind of messed around...

me and my best girl friend have been hanging out a lot here lately and she came over to my house for a going away party for one of my buddies.. well we got drunk... went to bed together which we had slept in the same bed and I have never tried anything because I respect her and didn't want to lose her as a friend. well the night we were drunk we just started kissing and I stopped and basically spilled my guts told her I have liked her for years and that I didn't want to do anything to hurt our friendship and stuff like that well she started kissing me again got naked and well we didn't have sex but you can use ur imagination haha. now she's telling me she doesn't know how she feels and she's not sure why she messed around with me and I seen her last night and she was being short and shady with me so I told her how I felt about it and she apologized and it all went back to normal. but I don't know how she truly feels about me I have asked her and every time I do its not a good time for her to explain how she does. my sister tells me just to leave her alone for a few days and see if she talks to me if she doesn't I should talk to her and ask her again how she feels and stuff...? I don't know though what do you girls think?
