What does it mean if a guys tells you this?

Sounds pretty lame, no real zest to it at all. There isn't any flirting going on, its just a statement and so leave it as such.

It is a vague comment. Like "aloha", it means both hello and goodbye.

It has more to do with the context in which it was said. Was it implied that you would be seeing each other again? Or was it a parting comment after a brief meeting?

I think you need more information before you should worry about him being interested..

I don't really know what he wants to say with that, it sounds like he likes you, but also that he wants to say goodbye in a nice way.

It means absolutely nothing. Trust me.

Half of it sounds a little sanctimonious to me. It you aren't being good you'll become ugly to him.

It sounds like he might not want to be with you but doesn't want to hurt your feelings so he's telling you that you're awesome, just not for him.
