Do guys fantasize about their crush?

So this guy and I have mutual attraction, it's obvious from all the deep, prolonged eye contact, blush, sly smiles, fidgeting, etc. I sometimes fantasize a bit about what it'd be like to be with him sexually and sometimes wonder if he fantasizes about me too sometimes the way I do him?

We've both work together and I see him 2-3 times a week (not long) but every time we are around one another we both make deep contact, sometimes catch him checking me out and he'll turn away but not always (almost as if he wants to get caught or something)...

Anyway, I think he's into me the way I'm into him and I wonder if he's lusting too and if he fantasizes too -
