so I've been talking to this girl for about 1 month. co-worker of mine.

so some days she will be flirty, pokes me, playfully hits me for no reason. calls me. sometimes even calls me to see if I could go to our place of work just to keep her company when she works alone and we order food or I bring food and we just chill.

I've seen that she wants to keep our little talks and stuff a bit secretive too because when I sometimes bring stuff up about her calling me later or anything of around that area in particular she would say not now. or just makes signs for me to change subject.

is this something girls would do with just someone they just want to be friends only with , or someone they would consider being with?

maybe she isn't sure if you like her as much, and she is still debating whether to like you or no. it sounds like she likes you, but doesn't want anyone you work with to get the wrong idea about you two, because you aren't together yet. I would talk with her and tell her your feelings. I hope it all works out for ya :)

She is debating whether she wants to be more than friend with you. she is being secretive because she is not sure about you. I think you need to give her stronger signs that you want to be with her.

Before you get caught in the friend zone, ask her out for a date OUTSIDE of the work place.

If she says no then you'll have your answer that she wants to just be friends and you can move on emotionally.

Simple as that, you're obviously interested so just ask her. If she decides otherwise, move on.

Vola!

cavalier Some girls are generally not looking for a relationship, so I wouldn't take 'no' to a date as a full on rejection 100% of the time. Just wait and spend less 'friend' time with her, that's my advice. If she asks to 'hang out', say you can't or something. Spending too much time as 'buds' is what puts you in the friend zone. - 3 months ago
