It makes you feel and look sick. Don't think that guys are attracted to skinny women. We're attracted to healthy women. Putting yourself through that will also have an affect on your personality; the physical stress will make you impossible to be around.
do not do it! there are so many reasons not to. you will get so sick and they are not a healthy way to loose weight. it is better to eat better and exercise more and be healthy even if it may take longer.
DONT DO IT! I have been anorexic for 3 years. I am almost completely over it now, although there are still those days that I can't force myself to eat. Being anorexic was honestly the loneliest and most painful times of my life. Yes it did work, but its not worth it. After being anorexic I have low iron so I have to take vitamins and eat every day and if I don't then I get shaky and pass out, also I now have very slow metabolism because since I hardly ever ate, there was no use for it. I was cold all the time and it was always hard for me to focus, food ran my life and I never want to go back to that again. And trust me once you start, you won't be able to stop on your own. It is a disease and I don't want you to suffer like I did.

NO - neither option works if your goal is to drop a few pounds permanently.
If you stop eating, your body compensates by slowing down your metabolism so you don't burn as many calories (energy/fuel) so that slows the weight gain if you starve yourself.
If you throw up all of your food, you stretch your stomach so you will (within a few weeks even) start eating more before you feel full. Bulimics can eat 5,000 - 10,000 calories A DAY and throwing up only gets rid of half of it, at most. So, do the math on that one and you'll see that throwing up is not a good way to lose weight.
If you are looking to drop a few pounds temporarily (for a wedding or a pool party or something), your best bet is to eat all fruits and vegetables and drink crazy amounts of water. Then exercise for twice as long as you usually do (as long as you are healthy enough to do so). Don't do it long term because you need breads, meat (or substitute), etc. to stay healthy.
Of course, best bet is to cut back on junk food and exercise.
The only magic option is to buy control top underwear a la Bridget Jones (sexy, I know!) Those will help you LOOK like you lost a few pounds and sometimes that's all that matters!
