thigh"19.5 (too big)
waist" 26

I'm not sure why, but girls seem to have a hard time wrapping their heads around this very basic concept.
You don't have all that much fat to lose, so virtually anything you do will build muscle more than lose fat. Since muscle weighs more than fat, your weight won't change and might even go up. This is NOT a bad thing because muscle is GOOD. You can tell you are losing fat because you are losing inches, but the fact of the matter is the more active you get, the more muscle you pack on. And since your weight is not a measure of fat, but a measure of your body's water content, fat content, muscle content, AND bone, if one goes up while the other goes down, your weight (the total of everything put together) won't change much.
Again, this is NOT a bad thing. It is, in fact, a VERY good thing.
As a woman your body is meant to have a more significant amount of fat on it than a man's. Your body depends on maintaining your fat above a certain level to keep your hormones regular. Therefore your body will fight to hold onto fat now that you've gotten down to the point where you don't have much less to lose, because it HAS been proven there is a link between your body's rate of estrogen production and your level of bodyfat. More fat = more estrogen production.
more dense means does weigh more by volume.
I understand what that frustration is like. The real truth is harder than just osing some weight. I think you look great already from your pictures, but the way we see ourselves is often distorted in cruel ways. Even when I was in the best shape of my life at 18 I found things to be unhappy about. It's also what the others are saying about building muscle.
Muscles weighs more than fat.
Lifting weights builds muscles. Cardio tears down your muscle. You need both to keep a balanced and lean body. You have an excellent routine. I wouldn't be too worried, but if you are get your body fat percent tested that will let you know for sure if you are building muscle and losing fat. (:
muscle does not weigh more than fat. 1lb of muscle is not greater than 1lb of fat
Fat in your body can turn into muscles, so your body depth can stiffen and strengthen up, but can weigh the same or sometimes even heavier. It's like compounding your meat into a brick.
no it doesn't. fat cannot turn into muscle
Actually you are correct, my mistake. I was quoting from other people when they explained it to me before. "Muscle is heavier by volume than fat." Is the supposedly correct term to explain the weight. The fat is burned into energy. Then the energy creates muscle when one exercises, so the weight itself didn't disappear in the end result.

youre losing bodyfat and getting leaner. how much you weigh doesn't matter, your bodyfat does. as for your measurements you're probably not going to lose to much on your measurements, but you might. only thing you can do is keep at it and try to lose more body fat, and hopefully it comes off your thighs but that's not certain, you can't chose where you lose fat.
If you are losing inches but not weight then its probably because its reducing the fat but building the muscles ... quite common...
it means you're gaining muscle.. and muscle weighs more than fat.
your measurements seem fine.
You don't need to loose more wieght IMO.
you're probably gaining muscle weight
