Would a guy...

who truly likes you and at least wants to be friends with you [was something more, and something more could possibly continue later] tell certain friends that he doesn't like you...just cause they don't like you?

I'm asking cause this is going on with me...where I've heard that he's been telling people he doesn't like me even though he acts like he still does...and a friend suggested it's just because those people don't like me.

And idc too much about the principle of him doing this...just whether or not he does still like me.

well apparently him "not liking me" was just a rumor that some of his friends spread...for last night not only did we hang out [with a couple other friends] but also ended up...more than making out [no sex though...yet.]

...and he admitted both that he likes me and that I've won him over...he still admitted to not being sure about a relationship just yet though.

well the answer options here are irrelevant cause, from what he told me, neither one of them are true and he admitted that he does still like me [and apparently as more than a friend.]
