If you are moving too fast... Should you slow down then? A guy I'm talking to also told me this... He said "I can't keep up with you". I admit, no was texting him a lot yesterday, but it was because I had a bad day... And then he texted me that... Should I not text him so much then?

You're moving too fast mentally/emotionally.You are not on the same page and you are progressing quicker than he is

It means exactly what it sounds like. He hasn't the faculties to keep up with you. You're a new Porsche and he's a 1984 Toyota Corolla. You can't be expected to drive around with the parking brake on just to accommodate his modest speed.

  Its pretty self explanatory. he feels that your doing or moving in some aspect of life too quickly for him too keep up. keep in mind that it is important for a man to feel in control or dominant to in almost any aspect of life, at least to some extent. some more detail could help me to percieve the problem.
