well I'am a girl and if it was my three month honestly you don't no them well enough to buy something super big or even no really what they want I would recommend dinner and like a gift certificate to a store she likes to shop at cause that way there's still the romantic fact of the dinner as well as thought in a gift you no she would be able to use.

3 month, nothing its not that much of a milestone at all maybe something small for the 6 month but 3 month save ur self some money and just wait till 6 month anniversary. If you really wanted to do something just go to a nice restaurant.
