Engaged to be engaged. That is what my boyfriend and I are calling it. I am 16 and he is 15 and 1/2. We've been dating for 8 months.
We want to get promise rings for what we have already decided. (he loves symbolism) One problem, I don't know how my parents will react. We wanted to go pick out the rings together so they have to know beforehand. How should I break the news?
