I noticed a lot of the guys at my school at cutting the bottom half of their skinny jeans off like above their knee sometimes it looks cool but when they do it with colored skinny jeans, it pretty much looks like he's in tight ass purple capris...
what do you people think about 'em?

Ive seen some guys pull it off, some guys completely mutilate it. I think if the jeans are more bootleg and not 'skinny' it tends to look better.
