What are guys' thoughts on girls in slutty Halloween costumes? (Pictures)

i look at it like this...for Halloween it is qute exeptable for costumes like those to be worn...i THINK nothing of it...every girl is TRYING to out do the other. So in my opinion, they simply look sexy in them and nothing more ;-) thou I did see ALOT of crazy costumes throught out the years...but those that you have displayed aren't bad at all...

honestly I'm 16 and I saw worst costumes worn by even 14 yearolds. I mean these pictures were kinda crazy. they will definitely show everything unlike these, that still cover the stomach.

if they are over 16, that's ok as long as they don't parade around as sluts. Costumes like this at a party are fine since it's the high school norm now.

I think it can be sexy, provided that the wearer can actually fit in it (big problem these days), wear it with confidence, and be doing it not out of a desperate attempt to receive attention.

i wouldn't wear a slutty costume unless your looking to get attention that could make you feel uncomfortable...i mean if your looking to get some, then wear it, but its all up to you. You can't complain though when a drunk guy starts flirting with you and wants to get with you.

Slutty costumes aren't exactly rare anymore so most guys don't care. Of course they'll look but it's not like it's the greatest thing ever anymore. My thought would be wow she's hot. I wouldn't ever date her though. If she's wearing that kinda costume just purely to try to get guys with, I might gets AIDS just standing near her

in college I would say please go for it because those are some really hot costumes. but you are in high school and you should tone it down a bit, you have to realize that you are still pretty young, the transition to the college years is huge and you will become a woman, and you can experiment with what ever. but if I saw a sixteen year old girl wearing one of those costumes, I think I would be a little worried and hope I never have daughters haha. but in all seriousness, don't be that girl in high school with that costume. if you are confident with how you look, make a statement by being more conservative, and you will save some dignity, because we all need it in college haha. note that I am 20 going on 21 and a junior, trust me on this.

Those costumes should only be used a foreplay, don't wear any of them to a party.

On my last Halloween night out at a big club there were hundreds of girls in slutty costumes, and they of course catch my eye for a while but then they just blended in the masses and the really creative and original costumes are the ones which stood out.

I think 16-18 is adult enough to decide for yourself if you are going to be just another c**k teaser or the really original and unique girl.

That said, I don't mind it, and slutty costumes spice up the night, so if girls are willing to do it, I'm willing to watch them :) .

i tend to just not care. there were girls in my high school who posted pics of lingerie parties they had. a "slutty" halloween costume is just a girls chance to dress up as slutty as they want without being judged for it

Personally it bugs me that Halloween has sorta become stripper day for girls. I have a lot more respect and much higher opinion of a girl who goes in a scary or funny costume than one that makes her look like every other maybe-hooker-maybe-not girl on the streets on Halloween night. Coolest costume I've ever seen was a girl who was dressed as Samara/Sadako from "The Ring." Be original already like she did =) Besides most girls I've seen dress somewhat skanky year round anyway, so the "one day to cut loose" thing doesn't fly.

Those are nice, I prefer the Dorothy (from Wizard of Oz) costume myself. However, for High School I would say this it is inappropriate.

Honestly, if he's a good guy he'll definitely think it's hot, but they might not think to highly of you, but if it's just some guy that wants to get in your pants then they'll love it.

I think all three are way too revealing. I hate it that TONS of girls in today's society have no respect for themselves. Then they complain when men don't have any respect for them. Well it's really quite obvious why...

I prefer an original home made costume to the store bought ones. The slutty costumes are a dime a dozen and sort of make me feel uncomfortable. It's like they are trying too hard to get noticed but they just sorta blend in. I wouldn't be proud to take a girl I am dating out in one but I'm not saying I wouldn't let her.

Your examples were of adult women not high school girls with the desire to show cleavage and anything else possible.

The girls may leave the house in something conservative and change clothes somewhere into something racy. I once saw a 15 year old with her friend at a grocery store and they were both wearing outfits one showing crack and the other cleavage. Unless you're watching them every minute of the day, they're going to dress the way the want whether you like it or not.

eh that's just good for looking at, I'm not going to go after a girl dressed in that unless I'm looking for sex. Although thoe costumes aren't that bad, I personally wouldn't want my girl to be comfortble dressing like that in public. For me it just shows that she'll be wearing stuff more revealing then I'd want her to wear in public, I feel like only a certain guy should see so much.

I think it is hot.. but I like a more mature crowd.

i went to NYC on halloween and I saw a lot of women, and parts of females I've never seen before lol
and to me I just looked at them and moved on and didn't really think about them afterwards;

me and my boys and their gf's were talking and we said how halloween is the only holiday a girl can dress like a prostiuite and not get criticized for it

It's not really men who are pushing the whole slutty costume thing on women, women do a fine job of pushing it on themselves.

It shows in Halloween costume sales, women want slutty, revealing costumes, so costume makers accomidate them.

Why? Because women know what most men want, so they give them small tastes of it then take it away all to tease them. It doesn't take long for men to get tired of it and so they start doing the same thing to women because men also know what most women want.

However, unlike men, women get all broken down and devestated because of it, thinking all men are assholes because they met a few that have been led on one too many times by women. Then women have the nerve to say all men are worthless perverts.

To answer your question, I like it when girls wear costumes like that, not so much at a Halloween party, but rather in either mine or her bedroom.

if the girl wants to wear a slutty costume let her.. but a cute modest costume will always catch my eye more than a slutty one.. it just shows you wanna put your body on display and id rather see an original costume then one that's really slutty and skanky..

The answer you are probably looking for is in terms on context , It depends on the nature of the party and the people there , if it was a group of freinds it would be acceptable however you would get a few looks if they were around children.

In the case of just adults as long as there is more on than underwear on the person it would be okay slutty is normally acceptable at adult party's

Depends on where the costume will be worn. Not cool if you are out trick-or-treating in the Mall or your neighborhood. VERY cool if you are in the private company of other adults attuned to the same level of thinking.

I think it's all in good fun. It's a girls actions and decisions that defines them as a slut or other, not their clothes. I mean sure it's a bit too sexy for some, but I think it's all in good fun and just a way to get attraction and attention from would be suitors or simply a display of sex appeal.

What really matters is their decisions and their behavior the rest of the year, not one night.

In my opinion , if you can pull it off , as long as you don't go overboard and go past the average sexy costume its alright. Its the one day of the year that you can go out like that and not be called a slut.

If you have the confidence and can pull this off more power to you. Here is the difference between a slut and a fun girl.

A slut wears this and the is desperate for attention on top of it, goes to every guy trying to get reactions and actions.

A fun girl wears this, blushes occasionally, laughs and generally has a fun time being a sailor, cat, baseball player.

It's like flirting, I had a girl on Halloween tell me she was a vampire virgin and my line as a joke was "well we will have to take care of that" as I take her arm and walk off. She goes "no there is nothing you can do it just keep coming back" to which I reply "Well we will have to take care of that a few times". I laugh, she laughs we talk and have fun.

If I wasn't playing with words and kept driving the point that I wanted to "drive the point home" that is the difference between slutty and fun male or female.

Well I think those kind of costumes are unimaginative. I prefer "scary" costumes. When girls wear revealing costumes, I think they just want attention and avoid them all together.

I think that anytime girls dress like that for a party including Halloween, - all three costumes, . they're needing attention and like to flaunt their stuff. In one way or another she gets a kick out of showing off her body. Actually, the theme of Halloween is being scary or at least funny, not as sexy as you can. So dressing sexy would be pretty showy and everyone at the party would take notice. That can spoil the fun because whenever girls dress that way for a party unless it's a dress as sexy as you can kind of party, it makes the other girls feel sorta uncomfortable and like their date is going to be keeping his eye on her. So all three costumes are a little too much for a fun party. .

I personally think it's great and so does every guy in the world. Halloween is the one night you girls can dress like the sexy slut you suppress in order to maintain the status quo.

Then after, you go back to being you. Have fun, dress slutty or dress funny or insulting. It's all in the name of fun.

Woman who dress like that are a lot of fun for a night or two OR they just like to play with guys. If your into one night stands or you like to be a tease then go for it ... if a guy has no chance of nailing you in that outfit at least he can think of you while he's nailing your ugly friend.

You see more skin at the beach than you do with these costumes. Would I let my teenage daughter out in one? No! But I also know that the practice of wearing something conservative out of the house and changing it up to something your parents wouldn't approve is as old as dirt. If they can't get their hands on a costume like this, they will make something up on their own to look sexy.

I think you just need to do your best as a parent to teach your girls that if you want to weed out guys who hit on you only because they would like to have sex, you should dress less revealing. As a mature woman I know that all the attention these costumes can get you is not the right kind of attention if you are hoping to attract a boyfriend. A lot of young girls haven't learned that yet.

I actually know a guy who loves to see women in skanky outfits but hates skanky women. It's very mind boggeling for me but it makes some sort of sense or at least it's not impossible to find a woman like that. I don't think it's really about the clothing, though some men are the jealous type and don't want other men to see to much of their girlfriends, it's more the attitude the woman has. If you can manage the skanky look and not manage to sound and act like you've got cotton falling out your ears it doesn't seem to be a problem.

you know I wore the first costume there. and loads of guys went boing if you catch my drift. and others thought it was bad. so it all depends on your morals and what you think of the girls looks.
