Judging by your pic you are fine. I'd say weight doesn't really matter because of bone density and things like that, it's more about inches and body shape than weight in pounds. Girls who are too thin kinda creep me out to be honest.

If you want an actual number though just using the "nice-shaped" girls I know who are around that height, it ranges from 100 - 120 lbs. But once again I wouldn't focus on numbers, just what looks good and makes you comfortable when you look at yourself in the mirror, that's all that matters.

Id consider a good weight to be anything above sickly and below obese. Also known as I consider a good weight to be anything that is healthy both physically and mentally for the person involved.

According to
http://www.iloveindia.com/fitness/weight-loss/healthy-body-weight.html
a healthy weight for a woman that is 5'4...

small frame: between 114-127
medium frame: 124-138
large frame: 134-151

however... I don;t pay as much attention to the scale as I do my body. Do I feel lazy and tired all the time? chances are I'm out of shape. Do I feel more confident and energized throughout the day? Usually means I've been going to the gym several times a week. Don't compare ourself to others either. You know what your body looks like when you are healthy and physically fit, and that doesn't mirror a girl who's in a bathing suit ad.

the key is eating relatively healthy, exercising and doing cardio at least 5 times a week to feeling and looking your best

Depends on your body frame...I'd say between 118 and 130...

It really depends. I have a friend about that height and she looks great weighing 140. I'm a couple inches taller and when I got up to that I looked heavy (I'm usually close to 120). She works out more than me so I think it was because her muscle weighed more than my fat.

Advice: How To Feel Better About Your Body
Does it ever annoy you that you're single?
random-ren asked 20 days ago

Yes, most of the time! I really wish I had a boyfriend/girlfriend!

A little, because I feel left out.

Not really...

Nope! I have too much fun being single!

What's there to be annoyed about?

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
In order to get to know someone I would wait until there is something I could laugh about with that other person. Such as someone dancing in the hallway...i would turn to the person I like and say "ha wow, some people are pro's" then id say something like "your friends with so and so" or "do you live in my neighborhood?" ((I know this works sometimes, but I don't know how else to do it))

How do they typically respond?
They usually smile or just respond to a yes and then I feel a lot better about my self and continue on the conversation until I got there number.

Do I have the right approach?
