My skin is naturally tan; however, Whenever the hot sunny sun is out, it's wonderful uv rays hit my skin and it gets darker(tan). After my skin becomes too tanned or too dark. What can I do to untan my self, I started to wear some sun block, but its not helping that much, well not yet at least! Any ideas?
I know exactly what you are talking about because I myself am naturally tanned and as of right now - I am a bit darker because I am out in the sun a lot. I just make sure I wear longer sleeved shirts (not too thick though - it'll suck if it gets too hot. I prefer regular cotton t-shirts but instead of half sleeves they are longer - american eagle is good for that stuff). I wear a lot of sun block lotions and I also wear hats and anything that will cover my head and thereby cover my face. I've heard about lemon juice and cucumber juice, letting it soak for 15-20 mins. a couple times a week. I recommend staying out of the sun and using a VERY high SPF. Also, exfoliate with a lufa sponge. Moisturizers also help. Just after taking a shower - rub moisturized lotion on your entire body. Juices of tomato and cucumber mixed together and applied on the face daily is a natural way of getting rid of tanned skin. You can also apply it under the eye area for reducing as well as preventing dark circles.
Don't throw away used lemons. Instead, rub used lemons on your elbows and feet. It helps remove dead skin and prevents discoloration of the skin.
Another good way is to mix few drops of lemon with equal amount of glycerin and using cotton rub it over the tanned area and after 10-15 minutes wash with water, another method is that you can use besan(gram flour)mixed with water or gulab jal(rose water)to rub the tanned area and then wash, within a week tanning will go away. It works.
They have plastic surgeries that cost millions. Take a look at beyonce when she was 17 and what she is right now. You can see the difference as between night and day. I can tell you what to do to not get tanned more than you're. Everybody gets tanned around summer time, so don't wear black color. Wear lighter clothes and of course use sun block lotions, that you have to find out what's best is by speaking with pharmacist. tan is hot! ;)
Wear more clothing and stay indoors as often as possible. Cover your arms and legs with long sleeve shirts and pants. Wear a cotton Handkerchief around the neck so that it will absorb sweat and cool the neck in the hot sun. Wear hats or sun visors. If you want to take it to the extreme then wear fingerless gloves as well.
Doing the above will allow your skin to heal to it's original color but it won't happen overnight so take my advice and keep up with the above suggestions for the next several weeks until you are satisfied with the color you choose to look.
