When a girl kindly rejects your offers saying that she is just too busy.. and then doesn't give you another time that she is not busy I typically move on and assume that she is just not interested..

If she said "ohh I'm busy"but never gave you a reason why... or she did.. but she didn't say "but we can do this another day"... if she basically left you hanging with the unknown then she's obviously not concerned about what you think...

if a girl really likes you she won't want you thinking she's not interested.. but then again this girl could be naturally hard to get.. maybe she pushes guy away to see if they will chase her more.. or to see if they REALLY like her

it could be a MILLION reasons.. I would say.. keep asking her out if she keeps rejecting you or giving you lame excuses.. she's not interested and pssibly interested in another guy or just not interested in you at all for whatever reason

maybe give it a couple more tries.. ask her out more but if you get the same excuses definitely move on and find a better mach for you

YES! I am a girl and I would know that if she doesn't give you another time or a "maybe" then it is move on. Don't bother her because then you are crossing the field of annoying.

A co-worker went out on a first date and wanted a second date with a girl. He asked her out again and she said she is busy (this, that, exercising)...He then asked her for coffee and she was interested when she went to coffee. He wanted to ask her for Valentine's Day but after coffee, he change his mind. This guy is a freaking psychology master student. If the girl didn't say anything about a second date or don't give times, that means she is not interested.

Well in that case I think your still in the game. She didn't lead me on to another time. I have taken her out before and I know she was attracted to me. I know she is a bit flaky and she just doesn't really seem like she knows what she wants.

In your case I would just wait a couple weeks then ask her again. If she is "still busy" then ask her straight up "are you interested or not? because playing games isn't good for either of us."

This isn't always true, some people really have schedules that are packed full and they feel like they can't manage anything extra.

Try following up, if she rejects you 3 times in a row, you can be fairly sure she's not interested.

How many times has she done this? I mean, when I'm in the zone in my job, I often don't get back to anyone even if I like them! :) You need to show her you're interested in her by following up. If she declines 3-4 times in a row, then yeh, drop it and move on.
