I'm 18, but still in high school. I'm living with my brother because my parents are doing research abroad. I've been here for about a month and we have gotten close. We fought once when a friend dropped me off drunk but other than that we got along very well. I started recently going out with this guy, my brother doesn't know he's my boyfriend, and the other day my brother said he was going for a long bike ride but it started raining, so they came back. Anyways my boyfriend and I were ass naked on the couch basically having sex. He's very protective and I get what I did was wrong. If this was your sister what would you do?

I don't have a sister, but my daughter used to have boyfriends over in her bedroom overnight when she still lived here, especially after she was out of school. I didn't mind because I knew she was using protection and I felt she was safer here where the guy knew I was just a scream away if he tried to push things beyond what she was willing. Fortunately, it never came to that. I couldn't see being any less understanding of a sister's sexual maturity and freedom. But if I had walked in on my daughter and a boyfriend having sex in my living room, I probably would have simply suggested they take it somewhere more private. And then I probably would have sat in my chair and watched TV until they moved it to somewhere on her end of the house.
