What is the whole idea of see through clothing that shows there underwear, in a public place with kids around?

It has become common enough that underwear is being designed to be seen. At least with bras. It used to be a major fashion fault to allow even the straps to show. Now gals wear shirts with no sleeves or shoulders but with bras that the straps go way out on the shoulders. That is no fashion accident. And the sheer tops are designed to show what is underneath. So the bra manufacturers are designing bras that look fashionable being seen. And there are plenty of women who agree and dress with the bra being part of the visual ensemble.

It really depends on what you mean - I wouldn't have any problem with a bra - There are a lot more non see through raunchier fashions than a sheer blouse and bra.
