What do you call a person whose actions contradicts their words?

An example is that, a person says "I hate her!" but that person keeps hanging around with her anyways.

Another is when a girl says "I don't like him, we're just friends" but they also hang around a lot and the girl flirts a lot.

What do you call this kind of person?

eh I have to disagree with those calling them a hypocrite. I hypocrite is someone who says they believe in something but act in opposition to that belief. say someone who's all anti gay religious freak but trolls for boys on the weekends or some woman who thinks it's OK for her daughter to have an abortion because we don't want to embarrass the family because the daddy is black but for everyone else it's wrong.

this is immaturity or someone who lacks character that you're talking about imo.

I really don't think they hate each other. It more like they have feeling for each other but afraid to admit it.

I call them someone that is trying to promote an idealistic image of themselves that isn't matching them. My buddy's little sister does it. She talks about all the bad stuff her ex did to her, cheated on her, etc...but she's still hung up over it. When people say something all tear-jerking like that, it's like they're trying to be seen a certain way, but they aren't really like that.
