I keep having awkward silences with my crush?

we like each other,but neither one of us like starting the conversations.i was helping him with a sculpture project,plastering his arm,but no one said anything and it was a 40 min awkward silence while I flopped strips of slimy paper on to is arm. Please help!

40min is a bit long. try looking around and find something to talk about.

if you can't even talk to each other, then you do not belong together.

there's two key factors when it comes to these things; conversation and silence.

you want to be able to either talk nonstop without even putting effort into it, just a naturally flowing conversation with almost no awkwardness.

and you want to be able to enjoy silence together.

being able to just sit there without having to talk to feel comfortable is a beautiful thing.

when you find someone you can share these things with, marry them.
