Think that is true for most guys with beards? and if so why do you think that is?
Do you think guys having beards make them more approachable than those without?

I just noticed that too! I hadn't shaved for 3 weeks so I had a very small beard (longest "beard" I've ever had) and I actually started noticing people being friendlier and more open, I thought I was imagining things haha. I shaved yesterday so I could look good for this girl I was going to ask out, turns out she has a kid and I shaved my glorious beard for nothing...damn it.
Who wouldn't approach that smexy fuzz?

That being said, in real life, most girls aren't fans of facial hair, beyond five o'clock shadow, but most prefer clean shaven.
I don't think the beard itself is what either draws or repels a girl. I don't have much of an opinion on beards, but I must admit, I have a weakness for a good set of sideburns/mutton chops. I'd be more interested in a guy with fuzz on his cheeks than a full on beard.
I guess if I were to approach guys, I'd approach guys with gnarly looking beards because they're hot.
But in general - I don't really, ever, approach someone I don't know, guy or girl.
Heh..your usual class...In the later 70s & earlier 80s..I still wore bib overalls and frequently had face hair...but my big-time womanizer friend...complained that he couldn't get laid if he had facial hair and did not wear designer jeans..and yes..he got laid way more often than I did...but he cared about that much more than I did and I would not have gotten into bed with the majority of his females...ugh...yes I was jealous on more than one occasion..o.O
Don't think so.
But beards can look really good (cause they make you look more manly/mature...)

I think there's some truth to it but not in the way he's viewing it. When a hot guy, is really cleaned up and looking good some girls can be intimidated to the point of being paralyzed. When they are less put together, a little scruffy, etc. they come off as less intimidating and more relaxed.
no, ew. I think guys with beards are usually gross.
in what way am I changing him? if he doesn't want to shave he doesn't have to, he's not my boyfriend and I have no hold what so ever on him. but I know he plans on kissing me the next time he sees me, and I'm not kissing someone with a beard so if he wants to see me he better be shaved. trust me, if he actually changed for me there would be some things different. but he doesn't and I' not making him, but I do let my opinions be known.
beards remind people of santa claus ?
