you don't really prove it aside from telling her and then showing her that you think she's attractive. often times issues with body image are a rather deep seeded self esteem issue... lot's of people deal with it. a lot of times even if a person is told that they are attractive they still don't see themselves that way
just remind her that you think she is beautiful, telling her often and without it being after she maybe says something negative about herself can go a long way to at least letting her know that you find her attractive and that can help a lot
You can't convince someone of something so irrational as a woman and her body issues. I generally get fed up when this shit goes on too long, so I flip it back at her and accuse her of calling me a liar.
It is about the only way to deal with the crazy.
You can't reassuring her is the best thing you can't do but at the end of the day it's up to her. Like I have really low self esteem and never don't wear makeup and if my girlfriend told me I look good without makeup I'd know she was lying. I honestly I hate myself and no one telling me I look great will make me like myself, but that's just me
Her definition of fat is having a big butt. You can't change how someone feels about their body, just because you like it. They have to be comfortable where they are at.
