Why are guys mean to ugly girls?

Yeah. Like GIRLS are so friggin nice to ugly guys, Feel sorry for them? Pathetic. Maybe they DO feel sorry for them, but that doesn't mean they are going to be sweet with them, because even an AVERAGE looking girl has the tendency to be stuckup and think they are all that. After all the emotional abuses men suffer at the hands of women...maybe we won't WASTE any emotion on someone we don't find attractive at all. God knows, women don't teach us any kindness in THIS respect with their superficiality. He has to be tall, and hung (as if a man can CHANGE his height or penis size), he has to have money (leech--do YOU have money), he has to be smart and funny (if you're not those things its hard for someone else to shine humor while others are stupid or cynical). So no...ugly girls get the attention they want. They can change their clothes or groom their unibrows or make their hair look nicer, or put on makeup or go do plastic surgery and adjust their bodies...so really...a woman has NO excuse...not like a man can wear makeup or adjust his looks as easily or as cheaply as a woman. Or even be as socially accepted as a woman if they change themselves. chances are you are not ugly...just to stupid to see the things in you that are beautiful. like most girls.

Don't the same things go for girls? Guys who would make fun of a girl for being overweight, not having big breats/butt, not having a so attractive face, etc..

I'm sorry but this is the reality and as far as I know, men are strictly visual. Regardless of how sweet a girl can be, the majority of the guys won't even bother getting to know her if she doesn't fit his standards.

Money won't get you the girl of your dreams unless you're looking for a gold digger. If a guy choses to be lazy to have a job or a career, that's a different story. But as far as I know, money can't buy you happiness and how wealthy you are doesn't determine the type of person that you are. As far as looks, most men judge a girl at first glance and then adjust to her personality. Wheras many girls would take the initiative to get to know the guy first regardless of how hot he may be

We're not mean to ugly girls. We're mean to things we don't want. That's no excuse since no one deserves to be treated like that because of looks, but it does happen. Ugly girls, if you want to go with that grouping of words have to rely on personality and deciding what they want to better about themselves if they want to try for these douche-bag guys that act mean to them. Guys aren't 'mean' to ugly girls they just filter them out.

Most guys are nonchalant or uncaring to those they find unattractive because guys value youth/beauty and since those girls don't have looks they are of no value to them. While guys are nice/nicer to girls they find attractive so it looks like being they are being 'mean'.

If by mean you mean guys insulting/degrading you because of your looks it's not a guy thing it's a people thing and people can be jerks/mean to those they find unattractive.

it's only some guys, and they're the ones that no one should want anyways. it's a big no no/turn off if a guy I'm dating calls a girl ugly, it's just not necessary. the only thing is I think you're wrong when you say an ugly girl when never have the chances a pretty girl would have. I think there's someone great and wonderful and amazing for everyone whether you're a supermodel or a plain jane or whatever "ugly" as you say. there should be no feeling sorry for anyone really.

I don't think they are being mean with ugly girls only.They won't care who we are if they are really jerks! I have few pretty friends who have been treated like sh*t.Guys are guys,but yeah being pretty the advantage is you can replace him easily.

Deep down inside we don't like women. Women can be annoying and their opinions can sometimes be stupid. However, once we hit puberty we start to notice women's physical feature like their legs, ass, and breasts. We then realize that we want to explore those features. We can only do that if we become their boyfriends. So, we decide to approach the women that have these physical features. The ugly women are for no use to us so we are mean to them.
