Does anyone else have a peeing in your pants when laughing hard problem? :/

I'm 18 and I have this problem! Sometimes, maybe like once a year, something will be so funny that I'll *literally* pee my pants laughing. And today, it happened at the most inopportune moment! I was ON STAGE for athletic recognition for the girls tennis team, and our team captain, who's simply hilarious, was reading off some quotes that our coach (who's super silly) has made over the past years, and I mean the quotes were funny... everyone was laughing... but I'm fairly sure I'm the only person who peed my pants laughing... ON STAGE! :/

luckily it was that time of month, so my pad absorbed everything and it didn't show, but STILL!

Do I need to see a doctor about this?

Oh hell yeah. I've had this problem my whole life. I've peed at school, at dances, at sleepovers etc. I've peed so many places that I was sitting and telling it like a story to my sister lol.

One time I was sitting outside waiting for my friend's mom to pick us up and it was cold outside. Probably like 30 degrees or a bit more. I wanted to go inside but then she made me laugh so I peed and I had to sit on my backpack in the cold for an hour until her mom picked us up. :(

Then another time when I was like 11 I was at some dance and this guy came up to my friend and I and humped us (lol) and I laughed so hard that I peed and my friends had to go tell the front desk and I had to change clothes.

And there are like 100 other times at school. Like when I was sitting on a bench after a school dance in middle school and there were a whole bunch of people sitting on the bench next to us, some chick got in her car and the tail of her dress got stuck in the door and I laughed and peed and luckily it got dark and the people left so I could leave without them knowing.

Or when I peed in my desk when the teacher said something funny and I ran to my locker and put my backpack over my ass and left school (it was the end of the day thankfully).

Or when I was sitting in math class and this guy next to me told this hilarious joke and I peed all over the chair and it got on the floor. And then he saw and was like you peed. And it was so embarrassing man... I waited until everyone left and then I wiped it up with my pants leg (also the end of the day).

Not to mention the 2 times I accidentally peed on people. I was sitting on my sister laughing and I peed on her (clothed). And one time I was naked and I jumped on my friend and laughed so hard I peed on her. LOL! They freaked out and took showers LMAO. Omg good times.

There are other times too. But as you can see I've been having this problem forever. I asked my doctor about it and what she said was to do kegel exercises. Last time I peed I think was on my bed watching tourettes guy lol. So don't worry, it's embarrassing in public but I survived and I've peed many times in public.

I'd like to ask you something... I''m curious, have you ever peed yourself just laughing?
or did it happen even in other occasion? for example while holding it because there are no bathroom...
I think one should not be ashamed about this kind of issues... everyone pee, so it is a normal thing, but there are always some tabu on it...

It is strange... so you can hold the pee in for a long time without leaking... but if you laugh... it comes out...
Quite curious. How long can you hold it in?
But I guess even for the laughing issue it depend on how full is your bladder, because if it is empty there is less that could come out

Even if I had gone to the bathroom prior, if I happen to laugh a bit too hard I will piss quite a bit. Thankfully it hasn't happened in a couple years, mainly because I haven't laughed very hard since then.

Yes, you should discuss this with your doctor. There may be things to strengthen your muscles & control this better. "Kegles." But there may be a physical problem & you need to have this checked out.

I read somewhere that if you can't hold your pee in while laughing, it's because of weak muscles around your bladder. Try doing kegel exercises, they help with your problem exactly and have other benefits as well.

Well I AM into pee...but I can totally understand how a public display would be undesirable...you should mention it to your doctor because it is possible that you have a medical problem which just might get even worse..I wish you luck with this because I understand how mortifying it would be for me...meantime...one little piece of good news...WAY more guys into pee than most girls have any idea..(:(:(:

You should probably tell your doctor during your next check up. This isn't unheard of among women. Fergie peed her pants onstage due to excitement or whatever.

You might try doing kegals. People normally do them to improve their orgasms but it's the same muscle that you use to cut yourself off when urinating. If you strengthen it up it'll probably help to prevent episodes of incontinence.

It's not uncommon for girls, and probably more common than you think. I've tickled girls until they've peed their pants a little, so it's not all that uncommon.

yeah I have that problem too. this has happened since I was little. it doesn't happen as often anymore, but it still happens. ha ha its embarrassing. maybe we have weak bladders or something?

yeah it definitely happened more when I was younger (thankfully not as often now). And I suppose so. Or, as everyone seems to be saying, weak kegel muscles. which is weird in my case because I stay in shape so I guess I assumed all my muscles were fairly good/not weak
