Why are Virgo men so hard to seduce?

I'm a Scorpio, and have been out with a Virgo for a couple of dates. When we go out, he's usually pretty quiet, there are some awkward silences, and when I try to joke around he's usually pretty shy. He takes a lifetime to make the first move. Though, when we are making out, he's very tender and really knows how to correspond a woman. However, the next day he acts completely different. I'm a bit confused here.

I don't know if he isn't opening up, or if he's just like that.

I thought it was normal that at the beginning things wouldn't be so fluid (I'm shy too), but once we're getting to know each other, I thought he'd be more flirtatious and fun...

He's always texting me first, and always offers me to go out, so I think he's interested in me...I'm just so confused.

I was born on September 9th, so I fall squarely into the Virgo sign, and I believe I can explain this...

Men who are Virgos are somewhat more difficult to approach than the rest of us, because Ours is a categorically female sign, so we can "see" what you women are up to.

Also, we tend to be strong-willed and meticulous. For instance, it would take a truck to run me over to change my mind... LOL.

Virgos are very gentle; we are among the most shy of men. Make a move on him, sexually, BUT subtly. Do not put your boobs in his face, Mlle. LOL

Dress very classy, but sexy, men like me appreciate this... it's sounds like it's time for your "little black dress" to come out of the closet. And also, put your hand on his knee. Believe me, this will get his blood flowing.

Virgos are very emotional and tender. I'm sure he's really sweet. Problem is Scorpios are fire and want stuff more quickly, and with passion. He takes his time, and doesn't like giving in too soon. Take it easy with him, or you will scare him off.

Ummm... Because they're Virgos. Us Virgos are basically impossible to seduce or deceive.
