Why does my crush look down when I walk past him?

So I was walking by my crush last Sunday & he saw me coming and I had to squeeze through a tight space and go in front of him and right as I did that instead of looking at my face he looked down , what does this mean? Was he avoiding me?

Hard to tell because we do not know him. But, i know sometimes i avoid eye contact when I should, especially when i was younger. I did not get comfortable looking into someones eyes when talking until mid 20s. And that had nothing to do with girls.

Now with a girl I liked, i looked away way to much which hurt my chances with a girl It was not until i heard one girl saying she would never have sex with a guy that did not look into her eyes. I don't know why, but that stuck. He just might be shy and if he is, he most likely moves slower with girls.

Well honestly If he looks down and you've done any interaction its possible he's ashamed of something or he just doesn't want you to see him staring at you but just, or maybe he doesn't know you like him and he's too shy to make the first step, Try making the first step you could be delightfully surprised! I have talked to him more the last few days & I feel like he is interested In me but @ the same time I don't know cuz he is either too shy to talk to me or Mabye intimidated by me , but I catch him staring at me from the corner of my eye. Like last night I was talking to this guy I barely know asking him a question and I was looking straight but I saw my crush looking at me out of the corner of my eye while I was talking to this guy. I was thinking in my head was he jealous? Why don't you come talk to me , then after I was in the same area as him and he thanked me , cuz I helped him out earlier.

Maybe he is shy. a boy i knew in the same situation used to do the same thing when his parents were around , but he really wasn't shy at all. maybe he just didn't want to get caught looking somewhere he shouldn't.

I'm kind of shy, especially around the girl i like at church, and If she walked directly in front of me i would've probably done the same thing, but I would try to catch a glimpse of he lovely face at a closer distance too… or maybe he is insecure, i could see it more that way.

Ya I know him from church & have known him for many years ! I liked him like 5 years ago then I didn't like him anymore till now , but I feel like I always catch him looking at me or stealing glances. And one time we made eye contact and just kept it felt like forever

Sorry I'm new at this and don't know if I voted something wrong , well I have known him for like 9 years and I uses to like him 5 years ago then I stopped and now I like him again. But I feel like we have these moments when I glance at him and we make eye contact and he keeps it and just stares at me. One timewe looked eyes and smiled and each other :) but it's hard to tell with him , because sometimes I catch him looking at me and then other times he ignores me :/

How about the next time you two happen to meet by coincidence, you say hello to him? Through conversation you might be able to tease out a lot more information about how he feels about you, than just guessing like this.

If he is not a shy person or prefers to be alone, then he *might* be avoiding you.

He's either shy and likes you back are he probably knows you like him and he's not as interested I don't know all of us guys think differently , you might have to talk to this guy first , then you could kinda tell by his actions if he likes you are not

Ya he is a shy guy , & sometimes I feel like he is staring at me every so often , when I glance at him. I don't understand why it would be so hard for him to say hi to me we have known each other for many years and usually I can always say hi to people but when I'm around him and see him I get nervous
