depends on the context of the making out session. if its just full on making out that will lead to sex then the heat of the moment is usually the only thing on the guys mind but if its slow passionate kissing and making out that has a romantic atmosphere then they're most likely thinking about you in the process and enjoying the intimate moment for all it is.
