What do you guys think about my bosses behavior?

1. She gets really up and close to me while talking (sometimes I can feel her boobs on my arm)
2. she’s very touchy feel whenever I make her laugh or when she’s making a point she always touches /grabs my arm
3. she told me she watched me put away stuff and admires how my body looks sometimes
4. she has told me some secrets about herself that she hasn’t told any of the workers who haven’t been there
5. She texts me a lot for a boss. at one point her and I were arguing about how attractive one another were
6. She has been to my house because I took her store key
7. she has jokingly invited me to come to her Halloween party (I don’t know if she’s serious or not cause I was joking )

I think it's inappropriate behavior for a boss, regardless of age.

But it seems like she definitely finds you attractive.

I'm a woman who likes woman, but I would be uncomfortable with her actions because of her position as my boss.

Sounds like good fun. It's nice to have a boss who likes you. Flirting is okay as long as its not Infront of others. But just remember a relationship with your boss is not going to go down well with other coworkers and HR. If you really like her wait until you leave and ask her out I guess.
