Spanish speakers: what does it mean when they say toos nalgas?

i have a hispanic friend and he invited me to a spanish dance place where everybody was hispanic except me..i wasn't too fond of the music played because I did not understand the lyrics. I went to go buy a beer and I am professional when it comes to asking for beer in spanish...i said cerveza por favor..everything was cool when suddenly some lady hugs me from behind and said hello with a strong accent and said mae goostawn toos nalgas? did I spell that right? anyways what does that mean?
