No point, unhealthy and its easily achievable by just watching your macros and working out.
Not to mention, augmenting your diet and exercise rather than cutting out your diet makes your ideal body sustainable rather than resulting in you putting all the lost weight back on as soon as you eat.

I am serious. Rapid weight loss results in only managing to stay at a stable weight for a week tops, after that the lost weight balloons back on due to your metabolic rate having stayed the same.

Yeah...i lost pure body fat for the most part. Keep my strength and gained sum muscle as well the first week is the hardest cuz your body is adjusting...plus im muslim so i do it every year during ramadan.

I get headaches/stomach pains if I don't eat often enough throughout the day... It's no fun lol.

LOL you're not supposed to go long term. You're supposed to alternate days or do it 1-2 days a week.

That sucks. Maybe you ate more on the days you were eating to compensate lol.
