Guys: Are you intimidated by this body type?

I know guys don't like it when you ask if they're intimidated by a girl or anything, but... are you?

Is this amount of muscle a turn off? Would you be insecure about your own level of fitness? Or wouldn't it matter? Would you be happy to have a gym partner?

Ooookay. Allow me to edit this. This is not me. This is a friend of mine who is wondering why she's having bad luck with guys. I suspect it's her physique. Thus the question.

I'm not intimidated by that, no. Why would I be? I'm not intimidated by bigger people, just because you're strong, it doesn't mean that you can punch for shit. Not that there is any reason to suspect a likelihood of violence. Nor do I find it fit, in my personal view. Increased muscle decreases mobility. And you have to over-eat and over train, which probably isn't healthy into the mid to long term. The issue is, I don't find it physically attractive, or feminine, for me anyhow. I'm skinny, but I'm sure lots of other men will like it. To each their own preferences. I suppose we should suspect the whole notion of her having to change on the basis of what men like. I'm sure she will find someone who will accept her for how she is. I'm sure even I could, if I got to know her personality. But you're asking purely on physical aesthetics.

Personally I don't like for my girlfriends to have a lot of beefy muscle but that shouldn't mean that she should go anorexic or fat/chubby for a guy if she wants to be the most muscular woman here ever was that's for her. There are guys who like that I bet she'll find someone eventually.

Way too masculine-looking for a girl- the muscle is so much and the shoulders are built like a man's as well. Without the face, it looks like a man's body.

Not intimidated, she is hitting the mannish side though. I like fitness but think it may possibly be too much muescle mass for a woman. Honestly, if you didn't mention this was a girl I would have thought I was looking at a guy. Her traps are big. I workout a lot and if she lifted more than me I would think that was great that she wasn't like all the other girls "lifting" with 10-20lbs set on the cable machines but her body type I wouldn't be into.

Maybe a little too much to catch my attention on the positive side. It's not a complete turn off but it's not a turn on either. This body type could attract a guy who is into body building and serious exercising.

The body type in and of itself is not intimidating. However, guys might be intimidated by what it says about her personality. Not all will. A lot will actually find it very attractive.

I wouldn't judge, but it's the trap muscle that makes her look not so sexy. Nothing wrong with her looking strong. Not intimating. Gym partner why not; if she is cool.

It's a combination of both actually. I don't find it attractive and you look like someone that could snap me like a twig.

That said there are plenty of guys who wouldn't have an issue with your figure and those are the guys that matter.
