I find whenever I workout my abdominals my stomach starts to feel upset and I feel like I'm about to throw up. Just wondering what is wrong because I don't think this is normal.
I used to get this feeling, before doing a full-out ab workout, start by planking (tightening your core) for a few days. It will help you get used to the ab workout. After you start getting comfortable with planking, try doing your ab workout. You also may be doing the exercise wrong, for example, you won't get abs by doing 200 sit ups... You need to range your upper and lower abs. Low blood sugar can make you nauseous, so make sure you eat before you workout! (Preferably high protein)
