Any suggestions on how to get rid of dark spots?

I rubbed my skin very hard. That area became agitated and now has a dark spot. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of dark spots? From personal experience that worked preferrably.

ok this goes for both men and women YOU NEVER RUB YOUR FACE OR YOUR BODY, YOU PAT with that being said use lemon ok cut a piece of lemon and put a little bit of honey on top of it and start rubbing it all over your face - lemon is nature's skin toner it has AHA (alpha hydroxide acid) which is the ingredient which whitens your face...

Now, obviously you will not see results after a day or two - give it time but it helps tone your skin and if you do not want to go through all that trouble then use Michael Todd True Organics lemon toner (same thing)

they do have a section on their site for men so check it out, if your lazy to rub lemon and honey on your face every day...

Also, before you that consider using a sun block because your face is very sensitive afterwards because it strips your skin and creates new skin cells so if you go out into the sun, you need a good sun block

P. S. honey is like a moisturizer

if you are talking about acne then yes however I did have my share of dark spots from rubbing my face and body - usually I left it alone and then after its gone use the procedure I described...

If you got them by simply rubbing your head, it should go away on its own eventually. Personal experience.
