Weight is 90% nutrients , 10% exercise.
Let me put it into perspective.
People generally needs 2000 calories a day , that's the deal.
Now let's say you're a marathon runner , running 5mph , 60 minutes a day. That's just 528 calories.
If you're gonna eat like a hog and chug 3000 calories. I don't think you're gonna be losing any weight.
Count your calories.
Go on a ketogenic diet. Increase your protein intake. LEAN protein. As in rabbit and turkey and chicken breasts. Turn your body into thermic mode to step up the metabolism.
Jog at a pace where you can go for at least 40 minutes non-stop. (Jog , not walk). Do it 3 times a week.
But seriously.
Count your macros.

do HIIT workouts/exercises that consist of weight training and cardio. and watch your diet.
exercise builds muscles and burns calories, but to lose your "flabs", it is als very important to watch your food intake.
You can't spot reduce, so you will have to loose weight overall.
So, I like crunches for example - front, upper body, lower body, sidewards for the belly muscles.
And thighs, yes running, cycling, but also squats and lunges for the back.
I stopped eating chocolates and every other sweet things and rice too for a whole year, that worked out for me.
