Most likely you look just fine, and you aren't fat at all. 140 pounds isn't even fat. I'm 5'2, and at 140 pounds, I had a flat stomach. But I too thought I was fat, went on a diet craze (when I didn't need it and was too young for it), and guess what? My weight is now uncontrollably overweight. I can't even lose the weight, because my metabolism is so slow now that I have to eat like a mouse just to maintain my high weight.
I would consider speaking with a counselor or a therapist. You could have body dysmorphic disorder, or you could be affected by peer pressure. Or you could be going through teenage hormone crap, which sucks also. Just sit with a pen and paper for a few minutes and write down everything you find beautiful about yourself, personality or physically. Then repeat it to yourself. You're beautiful. Stop stressing. :)

Its all in your mind! i know it would be hard to try and not think that but just exercise and try your best to eat healthy, you dont need to keep away from junk food, just keep it to a minimum of eating them, make it like a treat once or twice a week if you stick to your diet or something :) And whenever you think bad about yourself, do some sort of activity that you love that would get your mind off it , any hobby that you have , itll clear your mind off it all :)
I used to be in the same boat as you! I used to be so self conscious of my body that i'd look at myself with disgust. Really, the only thing you can do about it is to just do it. I started running, lifting, eating healthy and worked myself to a point where i'm absolutely happy with what i see in the mirror! "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."

Then do something about it. If you refuse to stick to the plan you have to change yourself then you have no room to be upset for being the same.

if you are unhappy with your weight, then maybe you should take a stand, go out and work out, however you are too young to be worrying about that, just surround yourself with happy people :)
