Well, it's not necessarily unhealthy but I would still recommend to eat a variety of foods. For breakfasts I eat oatmeal with fruits on one day, cereal with whole milk the next, and pancakes on another. Not always in a pattern though. Depends on my schedule. The reason I say this is because eating variety will make you get a greater variety of vitamins, minerals, etc. you need. So, it will be better for you.

I don't see why it be unhealthy as long is what your eating isn't unhealthy
The strange thing about that is when the body eats too much of one thing every day... You can develop a freak allergy to it. Be careful with peanut butter, okay?
