For lunch I had chicken tenders and applesauce and the same thing happened.
This always happens, even if I drink anything other than water. I drank apple juice the other day and was hunched over.
My stomach feels really heavy after even consuming one thing, and it hurts to stand.
I ate two strawberries yesterday and the hunch was back. I often have to lay down for 15-20 minutes after eating to make it go away and even then I have to lay in the fetal position, and can't lay on my stomach because it's too pressured.
It doesn't matter what I eat, healthy or unhealthy, or how much I eat, I always get this feeling.
