It would be EXTREMELY difficult to get that kind of body in just five months. But, if you still want to try for it, a high protein, low carbohydrate diet would be a good start. After that, run or swim until your body tells you you can't anymore, to sweat off the extra pounds before actually trying to tone out.
After that, a lot of push ups, pull ups, crunches, and lifting heavy objects if you don't want to spend money on a gym membership, or working on low rep high weight chest, ab and back machines if you do. Once your chest and back start filling out, you could start working more exclusively on your arms or defining your abs, but they should develop pretty well on their own by those other workouts.
If you're wanting to get fit quickly, you're going to have to work out two, maybe three times a day, to achieve your five month time frame. Frankly, I would suggest doing the best you can for those five months, running or swimming more than anything else, until you feel comfortable with your weight, then continue to tone, even if it takes a lot longer than five months.
Don't feel discouraged if you don't see the results you want immediately. I don't know how out of shape you are, but my guess is that unless you don't have a job or many other responsibilities, getting to that physique would take you somewhere around six to nine months to achieve.
Good luck.

I met Mike in Miami at the fights when I was a fighter. He's always taking something even that night he was pulling out a small little tube and drank it in the background by the locker room. He took roids in his fight days, they did not test back then, plus he trained his ass off ass well in the Boxing gym and with the weights. You want a real good natural build without taking Roids? Then check out Mr T back in his prime that's a real good one
