man a kid at school did this once cause we dared him to try and survive the bus ride back while needing to pee like crazy but he just ended up vomiting before we got on the bus! sorry but i think the same will happen to you its the only way to get it out.
lay down on your bed, put on Netflix, get in the comfort position you are familiar with and just rest it out.
Lie down, maybe take a nap? Or have a light snack. It should pass eventually, I wouldn't worry too much. The problem was probably the fact that it was cold water, more so than the amount you drank.
well, dont worry you won't explode, expect a slight case of diarrhea and lots of pee later on though, if that was a slushy though i'd feel sorry for the extreme brain freeze o_o

I would have a piece of bread/ toast. You will feel better in about half an hour.
Wait it out. It'll either stop hurting or you'll just get diarrhea. Either works.

Mouth to Mouth with two ice cold water bottles is always dangerous.
