So for the past couple of years I've been going through stages (sometimes days/ sometimes little more than a week) where I jst can't seem to get any sleep and jst not getting tired. Then on the flip side I have nights where I can't get to my bed quick enough! Any advise for getting a balanced sleep routine?
It could just be something going on in your life such as stress or anxiety which might make you not want to sleep or you might have a sleeping disorder nobody could really give you a good answer towards this besides a professional so if I were you I'd suggest to go see a doctor or a professional and get their opinion on the matter and see what they think might be causing the problem.
