Ok... So I need help on losing water weight!!?

I've been taking TriNessa for almost a year!! It's been good but lately I've been retaining a loooooooooooooooot of water!! It's one of the side effects! I'm going to the doctors this week to switch birth control pills with less side effects!! 💊💊 What can I do to lose the Water Weight? Any suggestions?
Side Note: I drink 2 to 3 bottles of water a day.

Talk to your doctor about putting you on low dose of Lasix for water retention
it's not bad for people, it' older diuretic for water retention.. They can give you
20 mg dose but i took it with no side effects but got make sure it doesn't take
the birth control medication out of your system.

Well you can work out, go to a sauna, just inn general make your body sweat and you will loose water weight. How much water weight do you have though? I've never heard of someone wanting to loose it just because.

get rid of the pills. cut out starchy foods, replace them with non-starchy fruits and drink more water.

Eat 1-2 grapefruits daily should do the trick its a natural dieretic and works for me!
