Am I doing enough or do I need to do more?

So I need to lose weight. Here's what I'm doing/did:
*Drinking water before, between, and after meals
*Eating veggies for snacks instead of junk food
*Gave up soda, oreos, etc completely (haven't had any in a while)
*Avoiding dairy
*Eating one to two meals a day (never really hungry anymore)
*Cut out fried, greasy foods (pizza, hotdogs, chicken and burgers)

What I'm going to do is increase my physical activity to 3-4 hours a day for seven days.

I used to weigh 110 pounds. I need to get back to my weight.
Am I doing enough or do I need to do more?
