You're a little thin. I'm you're height and 117 ish and I get that all the time.
Fast food is gross. But maybe you do need some more fat in your diet. Avocados, lean meats, fish, slower burning carbs. Higher protein and fiber.
All of that shouldn't make you feel bad. But I know the feeling. I hate when people start with the eating disorder stuff.

i understand that. i stopped eating McDonald's for a little over a year and was desperate enough to eat it last week. ugh! worst stomach ache. its good you eat the way you do! fish is great for your health and veggies are great also! don't worry about them bitches. dem bitches jealous

As long as you have energy during the day I'm sure it's okay. Just keep your eye on it and try to keep it above a number you feel comfortable with.

If you're eating on a regular basis and eating decent food there's nothing wrong with your weight. If your doctor's are voicing concerns you could ask to see a dietitian.
Don't feel bad. One of my best friends (a guy) is basically a noodle. He's all skin and bones. Plus weirdly flexible. He weighs 98 pounds and is 5'8" so do not feel bad.
BLAME METABOLISM!You'll put on weight eventually, don't stress it if you are eating right.
As long as you're taking care of yourself and your doctors are monitoring you it's obviously not a bad thing.
Holy shit that weight is elite if you have a small frame. Ignore the jealous fatties :D
They probably say you should watch it because you probably are close to being under wieght but that's not bad as long as you don't go much under 100
