I've thought about this before and I'm pretty sure most people work out at the gym to get laid.
Because there's no particular benefit to exercising in doors as opposed to exercising outdoors. Why run in place when you can run somewhere instead? Why use a stationary bike when you can just use your bike instead of your car/bus/metro? Why lift weights when you can just lift heavy objects instead? Basically why even pay money for a gym membership when life/nature already offers you all the equipment you need?
The only logical answer is because in a gym you're in contact with other hot guys and hot girls who want to be healthy and strive to improve. That is the true reason why you would work out in a gym. ;)
Another feeble reason is weather or the commitment aspect of it. Some people give up easier than others so they need to pay money to keep coming back.

Now i worry about shit most girls dont know exist! like my rear delt development, how does my lat spread look, why are my calves an inch smaller than my arms, how thick are my sarratus?, etc
I just started going to the gym 3 weeks ago. My biggest reason is to make my bootay bigger. If I work out, it gets bigger really fast. And I wanna lose some weight so that I have a more hourglass shape.
Tired of being skinny-fat. Want to look like I go with my boyfriend when we're at the beach lol and also I'm slowly coming to the realization that I actually need to be fit for the career I want :p

I like performing well and being able to stand up for what I believe without dying.

I like using the bathroom easier.

Everything.Just for my health. The body needs to move and use its energy. I make myself go running and lift weights just for that. And I'm a little underweight so I need to gain some muscle too.
I used to get bullied a lot when I was younger, and still encounter a few racists here and there. Those incidences have decreased since lifting them weights.
