Get exercise even though it's hard to squeeze in and hard as it may. Do try to stick to healthy foods
If you have any idea what you usually eat then calculate how much calories you're normally getting just stick to that. No weight gain:$
Oh and make sure you eat lots of vegetables and whole grain lean meats avoid simple suGar and processed foods. get at least 40% protein. And no more than 20% unsaturated fat. From your daily calorie requirement:)
1 pound is about 3,500 calories. So 15 pound weight gain would be to consume about 50 000 calories above what you usually consume... It would take While. You would notice first:-) just weigh yourself once a week till you figure out what you need. then Just stick to that..

The freshmen 15 is for females mainly, I wouldn't worry about it.
Hey don't worry about getting fat man , you're not even 18 yet , you have like 70 years of your life to burn but only 20 to grow.

Don't skip meals but work out. Walk places, bike places, play an IM sport.
