I am on a antidepressant called zolof and so today I smoked some weed and felt numb/floated and then a couple hours later I ate a "Brownie" and still felt numb, then I went home and went to sleep. When I woke up I still feel numb, but I have been constipated and have a bad headache.

Should I go to the hospital?

Weed is normal I used to take anti depressants that warrant prescribed to me its normal to feel numb when you wake up.

you can actually call a hospital, give them your symptoms, and they'll tell you if you should go in.
