How do I eat 12,000 Kilo joules of food per day, Do you have any suggestions?

Im very skinny and after doing a little research its comes to my attention that i have to consume 7866 kilojoules per day to maintain my current body weight of 54 kilograms. My height is 178 centimeters. I have to consume an extra 29, 288 Kilo-joules per week to gain a kilo of weight. Thats a wopping extra 4184 kilojoules on top of my daily requirements per day to to reach that goal. Im trying to eat healthy so do you guys have any suggestions of what kind of foods i should be looking out for to consume to meet this goal? If i can manage that i will be gaining a kilogram per week according to what I've read. I know it will be very hard to limit myself to only healthy foods so i will be doing a little bit of mixing with high calorie low nutrient foods like junk foods and fast foods. But overall what do you guys recommend.
