Has anyone taken lessons before? Would you recommend it? I guess it is a good exercise because it looks like it takes a lot of effort, so I guess it'd ideal if you wanna tone your body but is it good for losing weight? How long, approximately, does it take to be able to say you're good at it? Meaning you can lift your body and all that cool stuff and tricks girls do?
