I rarely every have caffeine. I don't drink caffeine everyday to wake up or anything. I do have some caffeinated teas in my house that I drink sometimes but only I don't need it to he up or anything. I used to drink caffeinated tea to get up but now I don't need it

I don't drink soda, Its very unhalthy, so I switched to mineral water.

But I like to have an espresso shot once in a while, usually with a cigarette. So like maybe three cups a week?
